I saw Barbashev play live and in one of the games, he scored a ‘Gordie Howe Hat Trick’ yet I still came away from the game unimpressed. Perhaps my expectations were too high but I’m not certain that his game translates to the pros. He could end up a good 3rd line player if all goes well.
