Teuvo’s younger brother impressed me while playing for Finland at the U18’s this past April. I wasn’t much of a fan of Teuvo during his draft year but I’m a big fan of Eero and his puck-moving abilities. He’s certainly not the biggest guy but he doesn’t let it get in the way of getting the job done. There’s nothing really flashy about his game and he’ll never be a huge offensive threat but he’s an excellent puck-mover and he isn’t afraid to take the body. He makes the safe play the majority of the time and has a great work ethic.

He’s set to play for the University of Denver this fall and is a long-ways away from making his pro debut but I really like this player…call it a hunch.

My comparable for him is Kris Russell as they are comparable in size and play a puck-moving depth role…I see Teravainen possibly ending up like that.

(Edit – He’s set to play for Denver University starting in 2018-19 – THP)
