I realize pretty much everyone has Dubois within the top-5 of this year’s draft and I can see why. He’s an extraordinary talent who can do it all. The way he skates and handles the puck, he reminds me of Simon Gagné…like a lot. That would be a pretty phenomenal turn out if he ends up being that good. The reason I have him ranked 9th isn’t because I don’t think he can get there, it’s more about liking the 8 guys ahead of him just a little more. I think he’s listed as a center but I do believe that this player’s style of play will tend to make him a winger over time and as he reaches the pro level. All in all, I think he’s a pretty safe pick and I’d be pretty surprised if he didn’t make it to the NHL level and end up at least on a 2nd line on a lucky team.
